Editor's Letter Analysis

In the editors letter a quote is used with a bold font making it amicable. "When it comes to body image, the things we say about ourselves have a bigger impact than we realize" it sounds realistic, making the readers motivated to do something about their body image.
The language used throughout this letter is mainly informal as most of text includes an 'I' telling us it is from the editor’s point of view and her experiences in the past to do with the topic of exercise. It's very entertaining to read as I can sense that the editor has a sense of humor by the style and structure of their writing these interest readers.
It's always good for the editor to interact with the reader through personal experiences and questions directed at the reader. "I still moan about those thighs of mine" this is relate able to anyone because we've all felt as if there's something wrong with our appearance and it makes you think and reassures you that you're not the only one. This is a good way to interact with the reader and therefore attracting audiences of all backgrounds
